ComeHere Acres will provide the following:

• Chesterfield County Marriage Commissioner,
• Late-check-out upon departure (12:30pm)

Also, included in the Elopement Package, digital photos by the Innkeeper, an amateur photographer. Arrangements for a professional photographer can be made if you desire, for an additional fee.

In Virginia, a marriage license are issued Monday through Friday, fee is $32.50. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order (payable to the Chesterfield Circuit Court Clerk). Debit and credit cards are not accepted for the payment of such fees. Blood tests are not required and the only identification requirement is a photo ID (drivers' License or Passport). There is no waiting period between applying for and receiving the license. The marriage license is valid for 60 days.

Elopement Package cost is $800. ComeHere Acres charges a non-refundable down payment of $300 to hold your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
